Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to manage the tracking and coordination of submissions until candidates are confirmed to be placed. This role is essential for ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth transition from submission to placement, ultimately supporting our staffing and billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and document candidate submissions in the internal tracking system until confirmation of placement.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to verify candidate status and facilitate communication between candidates and clients.
Create and maintain accurate records for each submission, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date.
Once a candidate’s placement is confirmed, generate official documentation necessary for billing and compliance purposes.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to candidate submissions and placements.
Support continuous process improvements to enhance tracking efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or administrative roles preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using tracking and database management systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with employment verification and compliance procedures is a plus.
