Required Skills:
Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia (or multi-state Compact license)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS and NIHSS preferred
Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and environments
Proficient in using healthcare technology and electronic medical records
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in critical care or acute care units
Experience working in a float or agency nursing role
Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and patient safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Less than 1 year of clinical experience with completion of accredited nursing program
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid licensure and certifications upon hire
Flexibility to work across various unit needs
Commitment to maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
