This position offers engaging weekend, day, and night shifts with a competitive hourly rate of $46.90. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of Georgia and multi-state Compact license preferred
BLS certification (Instructor preferred); ACLS and NIHSS certifications required at hire
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and evidence-based practice skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-energy environment and respond effectively to emergencies
Proficient in utilizing technology to support clinical care and documentation
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in acute or critical care settings
Previous remote or float nursing experience
Knowledge of interdisciplinary communication techniques and performance improvement initiatives
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience, with a strong foundation in clinical fundamentals
Other Requirements:
Ability to work every other weekend, major, and minor holidays as scheduled
Commitment to maintaining state, federal, and organizational certifications
Willingness to start on 01/06/2025
