Quick Facts
Location: Los Angeles, CA (604 Rose Avenue, close to Venice Beach)
Start Date: 10/19/2026 (upon credentialing, approximately 3-4 months)
End Date: 04/19/2027
Schedule: 3 days/week, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with 1-2 evening shifts/week
Hours/Week: Approximately 24 hours/week (part-time available)
Employment Type: Temporary ongoing assignment
License/Certs: California medical license, Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible (with valid reasons)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine/Internal Medicine experience
Support Staff: Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, Behavioral Health team on-site
Patient Load: About 18 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $171.60

What You’ll Do
Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations in a community-based setting
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Collaborate with support staff and behavioral health teams to deliver comprehensive care
Document patient encounters accurately using Epic EMR system
Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and safety regulations
Maintain a professional and patient-centered approach during visits
What You Need
Valid CA medical license and DEA registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
Strong communication skills; Spanish speaking preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
