VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Family Medicine.

Hours: The role is approximately 40 hours per week though hours may come from a combination of Story Mobile Clinics and school-based assignments.
Mobile Clinic Deployments: The Mobile Clinics are deployed to one school per deployment for 8 hours per day. Staff will work with middle schools grades 5–8 high schools grades 9–12 and colleges including San Francisco Bay University and Gavilan College. During the school year deployments occur more frequently during summer and school breaks deployments are generally less frequent. Summer school requests may also arise. On occasion if the mobile clinic is not functioning or there is no scheduled deployment staff will be assigned to a clinic schedule.
Driving Responsibilities: Staff do not drive the Mobile Clinics. Dedicated Health Care Transportation Associates handle driving and front desk responsibilities.
Alternative Assignments: When the mobile is not deployed or functional staff will be assigned to clinic-based schedules.

1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
