We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care within an inpatient psychiatric unit. This role offers the opportunity to work intermittently on weekends over a forecasted one-year period, supporting a diverse patient population ranging from adolescents aged 10 and up to elderly adults. Required Skills:
Board-certified FNP-BC with Massachusetts license to practice independently
Minimum of 2 years of family medicine experience
Ability to provide comprehensive care to patients across a wide age range
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work intermittently on weekends as per staffing needs
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in psychiatric or inpatient settings
Additional certifications in mental health or related specialties
Bilingual abilities for better patient engagement
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher in Nursing
Over 2 years of relevant clinical experience in family practice
Previous work in psychiatric or inpatient healthcare settings
Other Requirements:
Availability to work intermittent weekends over a one-year period
Compliance with all healthcare licensing and certification standards
Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment
