Required Skills
Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP or equivalent)
Proven experience in primary care or family practice
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and team members
Ability to work independently while adhering to clinical protocols and standards
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Compassionate approach to patient care and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Experience with telehealth platforms
Familiarity with community health initiatives
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or specific specialty certifications
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in family or primary care settings
Previous experience working in diverse populations or underserved communities is advantageous
Other Requirements
Ability to start on or after 03/02/2026
Must maintain all required licenses and certifications
Willingness to utilize preferred housing options, such as Airbnb accommodations, instead of hotel/motel stays
Must comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations
Eligible for licensure reimbursement, certification renewals, travel, and other related expenses as applicable
