Shift: Clinic Days, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible start/end times, no weekends/nights)

Licensure/Certifications: Valid medical license in Michigan, relevant family medicine certifications preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in outpatient family medicine or primary care
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Manage chronic conditions and preventative health services
Document patient encounters accurately and timely
Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Support community health initiatives and education efforts
Participate in flexible scheduling to suit your availability
What You Need
Valid medical license in Michigan
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
At least 1 year of outpatient primary care experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
