Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technician skilled in reprocessing endoscopy scopes. The main responsibility of this role is scope cleaning, including decontamination, sterilization, and disinfection of equipment and instruments. The technician will assist with setting up and breaking down procedure rooms, maintain accurate sterilization records, and ensure all areas are kept sanitary and organized. Additional duties include checking supply levels, processing instrumentation as per schedule, and performing housekeeping tasks within the department. The ideal candidate must follow strict procedures and safety standards to provide patient-ready, sterile equipment for endoscopic procedures.
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience in endoscopy scope reprocessing
Ability to follow sterilization and disinfection protocols
Attention to detail in record-keeping and supply management
Strong organizational skills and adherence to safety standards
