Join Our Team as an Endo Tech – Elevate Patient Care and Procedural Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Endo Tech to become an integral part of our dynamic healthcare team. In this critical role, you will support complex GI and pulmonary procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, equipment maintenance, and procedural efficiency. If you possess expertise in endoscopic procedures, a commitment to compassionate care, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience assisting in endoscopic procedures, including GI and pulmonary interventions.
  • Proven ability to independently perform advanced procedures such as EUS, ERCP, EBUS, and ION Robot.
  • In-depth knowledge of scope reprocessing and use of Medivator and Olympus OER Pro reprocessors.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology related to GI procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently, including unassisted after-hours and on-call scenarios.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including exposure to blood, body fluids, and shared work environments.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) or CFER certification.
  • Experience with advanced endoscopic techniques and technologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
  • Previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare setting.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in endoscopy or related fields.
  • Certification in endoscopic reprocessing or related specialties is highly advantageous.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
  • On-call availability, including after-hours procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and professional conduct.
  • Physical capacity to exert force as required in clinical settings and to work in environments with exposure to infectious materials and hazardous substances.

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $47.52, with advantages such as weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, robust referral bonus programs, paid sick time, and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable.
