What You’ll Do
Perform standard endodontic procedures in a busy practice setting
Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Use WaveOne rotary system or discuss alternative systems with the client
Maintain and document patient records using Open Dental EMR
Collaborate with dental staff and support staff for optimal patient care
Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow efficiently
What You Need
Valid Ohio dental license
Endodontist certification (or eligible for certification)
Basic proficiency with WaveOne or willingness to learn
Good communication and patient rapport skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
