We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endo Tech to play a vital role in patient care and procedural success. As an Endo Tech, you will be instrumental in assisting physicians during complex procedures, ensuring impeccable equipment maintenance, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Your proficiency will directly impact patient health, procedural efficiency, and overall quality of care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Endo Tech or equivalent role
  • Ability to independently perform all GI procedures, including EUS and ERCP
  • Experience with advanced pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopies, EBUS, and ION Robot
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and infection control protocols
  • Proficiency with computers, healthcare software, and web applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to travel between facilities and work a flexible schedule

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) certification through IAHCSMM
  • Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) certification through CBSPD
  • Experience with endoscope disinfection and maintenance protocols
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards and safety procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar clinical setting
  • Certification in endoscope reprocessing or related specialties

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 100 pounds and exposure to biological hazards
  • Willingness to work scheduled shifts within a 24-hour operational window
  • Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and safety standards
  • Valid certifications and licenses as specified
