Emergency Room Nurse (ER RN)

Required Skills:
Valid RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC certifications
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-stakes environment
Experience with CPSI charting system preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous ER or trauma center experience
Experience working in a temp-to-perm placement
Ability to work a 12-hour night shift efficiently
Multilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
Minimum of 1-2 years of ER experience
Familiarity with trauma and cardiac patient care
Other Requirements:
Candidates must be interested in a temp-to-perm arrangement with the goal of transitioning to permanent employment
Willingness to work weekends as part of the core team
Ability to work scheduled 12-hour night shifts from 7p to 7a
Must be able to start by 11/24/2025
Additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable
Ability to work effectively with a team of 2 RNs, 1 Medic, and a mid-shift RN in a facility with 8 exam rooms, including trauma and cardiac bays
