Required Skills:
Current RN licensure in your state
Certification in ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
Proven experience in Emergency Room and Medical Surgical settings
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in charting systems including Centriq, T-Systems, and Meditech (migration expected in May)
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience with inpatient and ER charting platforms
Capable of working block schedules of 6 consecutive shifts
Willingness to travel within 45 miles for accommodations provided by the facility
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of ER or Med Surg nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Must be available to work weekend shifts on a rotation basis
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Valid certifications for ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are mandatory
Maintain all required licensure, certifications, and compliance standards
