Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Critical Access in Minneola, KS
Looking for a dynamic ER nursing opportunity in a high-volume critical access hospital? Join a leading facility in Minneola, Kansas, offering a competitive hourly rate of $56.95, weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive medical benefits. Experience: Previous ER or critical access experience required; travel experience preferred

What You’ll Do:
Provide emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting with up to 200 visits/month
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
Manage acute and complex medical conditions efficiently
Chart accurately using Cerner electronic health record system
May assume charge nurse responsibilities and be compensated accordingly
Adapt quickly to a combined ER and Med/Surg environment
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:
Current RN license in Kansas or appropriate compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
Minimum 2 years of ER or critical access experience
Strong Cerner EHR skills ideal
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This position is based in a 24-bed critical access hospital in Minneola, Kansas. You will work in a fast-paced ER that serves a high volume of patients. The ideal candidate will be flexible, experienced in ER/med-surg settings, and comfortable working in a rural hospital environment.
