Our facility is seeking an experienced ER Nurse to join our high-volume, critical access emergency department. Ability to handle high patient volumes (up to 200 visits/month)
Flexibility to work in both ER and Med/Surg units
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule with a 12-hour shift (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), Tuesday through Thursday, on a blocked schedule
Nice to Have:
Previous travel nursing experience
Experience with charge nursing responsibilities
Knowledge of high-volume emergency and critical access settings
Preferred Education & Experience:
Active RN license in good standing
Prior experience in critical access hospitals or rural ERs
Proven ability to adapt quickly in diverse clinical environments
Additional Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a 12-bed CAH with high patient turnover
Travel-friendly with reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and other eligible expenses
Scrubs of any color are acceptable for your shifts
