Join Our Team as an Emergency Room (ER) Nurse – Critical Access & High-Volume Environment

We’re seeking passionate professionals to provide exceptional care in a dynamic setting that handles over 200 ER visits monthly. What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality emergency and med/surg patient care in a 12-hour shift from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Chart efficiently using Cerner EHR system, preferably with prior Cerner experience.
Manage a diverse patient population in a busy Critical Access Hospital with 18 beds.
Collaborate with a dedicated team, potentially take on Charge responsibilities, and support patient recovery.
Ensure compliance with all certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ideally TNCC.
Required Skills:
Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
Strong Cerner charting experience.
Proven ability to function effectively in high-volume ER and Med/Surg settings.
Experience working in Critical Access Hospitals preferred.
Excellent critical thinking and multitasking skills.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and team collaboration.
Nice to Have Skills:
TNCC certification.
Prior travel nursing experience.
Experience with high-volume ERs and critical access care.
Flexibility working on a block schedule (Tues, Wed, Thurs).
Preferred Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of ER or combined ER/Med/Surg experience.
Travel nursing background preferred but not required.
Other Requirements:
Must possess relevant state licensure and certifications.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
Scrubs in any color acceptable.
Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
