License/Certs: Active Washington medical license, DEA, ABEM certification required
Experience: Prior emergency medicine practice preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (as per current offer)

What You’ll Do:
Provide inpatient emergency care in a community ED with 22 beds and annual volume of 30,000+ patients
Cover shifts ranging from 6a to 1a, with a night differential incentive of $25/hour for night shifts
Collaborate with a team of board-certified emergency physicians and tele-stroke specialists
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
Participate in coverage for level 3 trauma center activities and acute care protocols
Ensure prompt, high-quality patient assessments, tests, and follow-ups
Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
What You Need:
Required:
Valid, unrestricted medical license in Washington
Board certified or eligible by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
DEA registration
Prior emergency medicine experience
Preferred:
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to variable shift schedules
