Location: 1200 North Beaver Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001
Start Date: 08/17/2026
End Date: 11/16/2026
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, hospital and possible clinic shifts
Schedule: 3–4 weeks per month (minimum)
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Employment Type: Temporary/Contract
License/Certs: Active AZ license preferred, DEA required, Board Certification NP or PA
Support electrophysiology procedures and patient care alongside EP physicians
Manage hospital coverage, including follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, and same-day appointments
See adult patients in both hospital and clinic settings
Perform follow-ups and support post-procedure care for EP patients
Document patient interactions accurately using Cerner EMR
Support a busy department with varying patient needs and schedules
What You Need
Active Arizona license (preferred, or in process)
DEA registration
At least 1 year of experience in electrophysiology
Board certification as NP or PA
Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
