Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $52.61/hour

Pay package discussed upon application. What You’ll Do
Provide emergency care to patients in a high-volume ED setting
Proficiently perform IV starts and manage telemetry monitoring
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and prioritize patient needs
Administer treatments and medications as per physician orders
Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records, including EPIC system
Respond swiftly to critical situations, including strokes and pediatric emergencies
Adhere to safety protocols and patient care standards for a patient ratio of 1:4
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license and active certifications in BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
At least 2 years of ED RN experience, including recent travel experience of 1 year
Proficiency in IV skills and telemetry monitoring
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred, but not required: Oncology experience and experience with EPIC. About the Assignment
This assignment is based at a leading medical facility in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to providing high-quality emergency services. The RN will support the Onc Pod Emergency Department during night shifts, providing critical care and patient management for approximately 12 hours per shift. The unit emphasizes collaborative care and fast-paced decision-making to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
