Hourly Rate: $51.29 per hour

What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
Triage patients and interpret dysrhythmias
Administer emergency medications and perform procedural sedation
Manage ventilated patients, trauma cases, psych holds, and pediatric emergencies
Document patient care efficiently in EPIC EMR
Assist with trauma assessments and emergency procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and care quality
What You Need:
Ohio RN license
Minimum of 2 years ER experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications
Ability to handle fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
About the Assignment:
Join a top-tier level I trauma center in Columbus, Ohio, renowned for stroke and STEMI certification. This ER unit operates with a ratio of approximately 1:3.5, providing a dynamic environment for experienced nurses. The facility is equipped with EPIC documentation, Pyxis medications, and offers options for convenient parking, including agency and budget-friendly permits. This role includes every other or every third weekend shifts, ensuring a balanced work schedule.
