Join Our Dynamic Emergency Room Team as an ER Registered Nurse
Are you a dedicated nursing professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled ER Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in our Emergency Department. This vital role offers the opportunity to work with a compassionate team committed to patient excellence, all while advancing your clinical expertise.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of ER experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
Certification in BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapid changes
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with oncology or sickle cell patient management
Prior experience floating between ICU and ED units
Additional certifications related to emergency or critical care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Previous experience in a similar hospital setting, especially with hematology or oncology patient populations
Other Requirements:
Ability to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
Willingness to float between units as needed
Commitment to maintaining necessary certifications
Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
