Join Our Healthcare Team as an ER Holding Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Emergency Care!
Are you an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse ready to provide critical support in a fast-paced emergency environment? We are seeking a highly skilled ER Holding RN to join our dynamic team, ensuring seamless patient care during vital transition periods. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding setting, making a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in emergency or acute care settings
Proven expertise in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
Strong skills in PCU/Stepdown care, IV insulin & heparin protocols, and renal failure management
Proficiency in cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, blood product administration, and airway management (including CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
Ability to utilize Rapid Response Teams effectively and manage wounds/wound vacs
Competence in tracheostomy care and non-invasive airway support
Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS is mandatory
Additional Skills That Help:
Experience with EPIC documentation systems
Knowledge of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care
Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Preferred Education & Experience:
Registered Nurse with an active state license
At least 2 years of relevant emergency or critical care experience
Training or certification in advanced airway or vascular access care
Other Requirements:
Availability to work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 on a 12-hour shift schedule
No requested time off from 2/15/26 through 2/28/26
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Flexibility for travel or additional reimbursements when applicable
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $51.29
