We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ER Holding Registered Nurse to provide critical support in our dynamic emergency department. Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care nursing experience
Proficiency in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
Experience with PCU/Stepdown care
Knowledge of IV insulin and heparin protocols
Management of renal failure cases
Ability to administer and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patient populations
Familiarity with renal and cardiac ICU protocols
Additional certifications in advanced airway management or critical care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Valid RN license in good standing
At least 2 years of recent ER or ICU experience
Prior experience with telemetry units and complex patient cases
Other Requirements:
No requested time off (RTO) from 2/15/26 through 2/28/26
Certification in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 12-hour shift schedule
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Compliance with hospital and state regulations regarding licensure and certifications
