Join Our Team as an ER Holding Registered Nurse and Make a Critical Difference in Patient Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ER Holding Registered Nurse to support our dynamic healthcare team during overnight shifts. In this pivotal role, you'll provide top-tier nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Your expertise will ensure seamless patient management in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to positive health outcomes and patient satisfaction. Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency or acute care settings
Valid BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
Proficiency in telemetry and dysrhythmia management
Experience with PCU/Stepdown care and IV insulin & heparin protocols
Ability to manage renal failure, cardiac, and vasoactive drips (including titration)
Skilled in blood product administration, tracheostomy management, and non-invasive airway support (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
Knowledge of rapid response team activation and wound care (including wound vac)
Excellent EPIC documentation skills
Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with renal failure management and complex IV protocols
Familiarity with wound care devices and non-invasive ventilation
Prior experience working in telemetry units
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
At least two years of recent ER or acute care experience
Previous exposure to pediatric and geriatric patient care
Other Requirements:
No RTO requests from 2/15/26 through 2/28/26
Willingness to work night shifts (19:00 - 07:30, 3x12-hour shifts)
Valid licensure and certifications, with travel and certification reimbursements where applicable
Commitment to patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay rate of $51.29
