Required Skills
Proven experience in dietary services, nutrition, or a related healthcare role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct patient consultations with professionalism and empathy
Strong attention to detail for kitchen inspections and quality assurance
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience working in hospital or clinical settings
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and documentation procedures
Certifications in dietetics, nutrition, or food safety (e.g., ServSafe, RD license)
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in dietary or nutritional services in healthcare settings
Other Requirements
Valid licensure or certification as a Registered Dietitian preferred
Ability to travel between Great River Medical Center and South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center (both approximately 30 minutes apart)
Willingness to work 30 hours per week in a role that combines patient consultations and kitchen inspections
Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including licensure, certifications, and reimbursements for travel and related expenses
