What You’ll Do
Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and critical care cases.
Assess, monitor, and document patient responses before, during, and after dialysis.
Operate and troubleshoot Tablo dialysis systems efficiently.
Collaborate with physicians, ICU staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor vascular access and administer medications as ordered.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
What You Need
Required:
Current RN license (NM or compact)
Minimum 2 years of acute care dialysis experience
Recent ICU dialysis experience
Experience with Tablo dialysis systems
ACLS and BLS certifications
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (1 week on/off)
Preferred:
Experience in hospital-based acute dialysis programs
Travel or contract nursing experience
