What You’ll Do
Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
Monitor vascular access, patient stability, and treatment responses
Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care
Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection control standards
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a team environment
What You Need
Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
Minimum of two years recent acute dialysis experience
ICU dialysis experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Competency with all vascular access types and proficiency with Tablo Hemodialysis System
Ability to work independently with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
