Job Title: Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine – Pediatric Radiology
Overview:

As a Pediatric Radiologist specializing in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging interpretation and consultation, impacting patient care outcomes. Required Skills:
Pediatric Radiology fellowship training.
CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology.
Ability to read and interpret X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRI studies accurately and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Reliable on-site coverage with flexibility in scheduling.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in Nuclear Medicine within a pediatric setting.
Familiarity with pediatric imaging protocols and software.
Ability to handle emergency cases confidently outside regular hours.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology.
Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology with CAQ eligibility or certification in Pediatric Radiology.
Prior experience in a leading children’s hospital or pediatric radiology department.
Other Requirements:
On-site coverage at Children’s Hospital of Michigan.
Availability for approximately one week of coverage per month.
Shift expectations include weekday hours (preferably Mon-Fri 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.) and weekend shifts (Thurs-Sun preferred; Sun-Thurs acceptable).
Must submit case logs along with application.
Clean malpractice history required.
