Required Skills:
Proven experience performing LOCAL POSTERIOR root canal treatments (RCT)
Proficiency in General Dentistry procedures including fillings, extractions, hygiene checks, and root canals
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient management abilities
Ability to work efficiently while delivering compassionate care
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with digital radiography and modern dental technology
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Ability to adapt to varying patient volumes and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
State dental licensure in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
Other Requirements:
Must hold active licensure and certifications as required by state law
Willingness to travel if necessary; travel and licensure reimbursement available
Availability to start on or around April 20, 2026
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $117.75, complemented by excellent benefits, including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and a dedicated support team available 24/7 to assist you throughout your engagement with VHS.
