Key Skills and Qualifications:
Valid dental license and relevant certifications in good standing
Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, with experience in treating adults, Medicare, and Medicaid patients
Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a solo practice setting
Competence in utilizing dental software and modern technological tools
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Prior experience working in outpatient or community clinics
Preferred Education and Experience:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
Successful completion of credentialing process within approximately 30 days
Other Requirements:
Commitment to working 3.5 days per week, Monday through Thursday
Availability for an immediate start, preferably by December 1, 2025
Willingness to participate in continued education and professional development activities
Must adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations
