We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to become a vital part of our growing practice. Required Skills:
Valid dental license in the state and current certification to practice dentistry
Proven experience in general dentistry; pediatric experience is a must
Comfort working with patients requiring special needs care, predominantly pediatric
Strong chart review skills for insurance accuracy
Proficiency in restorative and preventative procedures
Ability to handle high patient volumes (30-35 patients per day)
Familiarity with Nitrous Oxide sedation; oral sedation experience is a plus
Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to work efficiently within a structured schedule
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric oral sedation protocols
Comfort with working in a young, expanding practice environment
Flexibility to assist with additional procedures during slower periods
Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
At least 2 years of clinical experience, with pediatric and special needs dentistry preferred
Previous experience working with high patient volumes in a fast-paced setting
Other Requirements:
Must be comfortable with patient care involving special needs populations
Ability to work scheduled shifts including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays as indicated
Willingness to travel (if applicable) and participate in ongoing training
Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensure current
Strong organizational skills for charting and insurance documentation
