Required Skills:
Valid state license to practice dentistry in Alabama
Board certification preferred
Current DEA registration
BLS certification
Proficiency in general dental procedures including cleanings, endodontics, crowns, and bridges
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with Patterson Eaglesoft EMR/charting software
Prior experience in outpatient family dentistry settings
Flexibility to perform a variety of procedures and handle a diverse patient load
Strong focus on patient comfort and quality care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Dental Degree from an accredited institution
Willingness to consider new graduates; previous hands-on experience preferred but not mandatory
Flexible regarding years of experience, celebrating fresh talent and seasoned professionals alike
Other Requirements:
Ability to work full-time or part-time on a flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
1+ week credentialing period
Willingness to work with current support staff, including hygienists
No travel or complex licensing requirements
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $117.75, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
