What You'll Do
Provide general dental care to patients of all ages, including examinations, fillings, and endodontics if qualified
Collaborate with a team comprising 2 dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk staff
Utilize Denticon or Planet DDS EMR systems for charting and documentation
Manage patient treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction
Maintain compliance with all dental and healthcare regulations
Adapt to flexible scheduling based on patient load and procedures
What You Need
Valid Iowa Dental License (preferred)
Enrollment or willingness to enroll with Medicaid
Ability to see patients of all ages, including children as young as 4/5 years old
Strong communication and teamwork skills
No specific experience required; open to new graduates
