Critical Care Float RN - Night Shift – Columbus, OH

Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; proficiency with EPIC
Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience, including IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management; travel experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay package discussed upon application (~$59.18/hour)
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do:
Provide critical care nursing in various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU
Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, ensuring high-quality patient care
Manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts with proficiency
Adhere to ICU policies and safety protocols
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Document care accurately using Epic or other electronic medical records
What You Need:
Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Strong clinical skills in ventilator management, telemetry, and IV placements
Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity
