Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do:
Float within ICU and step-down units at a top Columbus hospital
Manage a patient load of 1:3-4 in high-acuity units
Perform IV starts, telemonitoring, and other critical care duties
Adapt to various units, potentially including other facilities like Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, or Dodd
Follow established protocols for patient safety and care standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
Ohio RN license (active and unrestricted)
2+ years of ICU/critical care experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Proficiency in IV starts, tele monitoring, and Epic electronic health records
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to float between units as required
