What You’ll Do
Provide anesthesia care exclusively for cardiac procedures including CABGs, valve surgeries, aortic root repairs, pericardial windows, lung surgeries, laser lead removal, and rib plating
Support a small ECMO program (call-ins infrequent, no transplants)
Cover 2-5 cases daily in a Level III trauma hospital setting
Participate in scheduled call shifts: one evening call per week and one weekend every 6 weeks (minimal call during evenings, occasional weekends)
Collaborate with a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team utilizing Epic EMR (highly preferred)
Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and patient safety standards
