Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our esteemed team at York Hospital, where your expertise will directly impact diverse and complex surgical cases. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma center alongside a collaborative team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialists, providing you with invaluable experiences across a broad patient population.
Required Skills
Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Valid Pennsylvania RN License
Comprehensive knowledge of anesthesia practices including GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound techniques
Proficiency in using EMR systems, specifically Epic
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, ortho, and robotics procedures
Familiarity with anesthesia administration in NORA locations
Previous experience performing epidurals without direct physician presence
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field
At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
Prior experience working in high-acuity environments
Other Requirements
Valid PA state licensure
Ability to obtain credentialing within 90 days, with expedited process approval upon leadership consent
Availability for night shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Willingness to work full-time (3 nights per week) with model model: Medically Directed 1:3 (max 1:4)
Travel and licensure reimbursements where applicable
