We are seeking a motivated and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthetic care across a diverse range of surgical specialties. What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our anesthesia team, you'll support multiple operating rooms, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, pediatric, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular cases. You will administer anesthesia for approximately 40-45 cases daily, supporting 7 main ORs, 4 surgicenter ORs, GI treatment rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath lab. This role involves a medically supervised, team-based model with a variety of case types, excluding complex vascular, head spine, or neuro surgeries.
Required Skills:
Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and state licensure
Proven expertise in providing anesthesia care across diverse surgical specialties
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to operate independently while adhering to medical supervision protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with pediatric anesthesia and robotic procedures
Knowledge of regional anesthesia techniques
Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program
At least 2 years of anesthesia experience in a surgical setting
Prior experience supporting multi-room OR environments preferred
Other Requirements:
Availability to work day shifts (5x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00)
Willingness to support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to travel or relocate if necessary; applicable licensure and certifications required
Compliance with all health, safety, and hospital policy standards
