Exciting Opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CRNA to administer anesthesia across diverse cases, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, pediatric, robotic procedures, urology, and vascular surgeries (excluding neuro and complex vascular cases). You will support seven main ORs, four surgical center ORs, GI treatment rooms, bronchoscopy, and cath labs within a medically supervised, team-based care model. The schedule consists of day shifts, 5 days a week, 12 hours per shift, from 07:00 to 19:00, beginning February 2, 2026.
Required Skills:
Valid and current RN license and CRNA certification
Proven experience with a diverse surgical case mix
Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and patient monitoring
Excellent procedural and clinical judgment
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
Exceptional communication and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience in cardiac, thoracic, or regional anesthesia
Familiarity with robotic-assisted and pediatric anesthesia
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Advanced certifications or specialized anesthesia training
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
Experience handling a variety of anesthesia procedures, preferably in a multispecialty environment
Other Requirements:
Must hold valid licensure and certifications relevant to state and federal regulations
Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
Compliance with all healthcare standards, licensure, and certification requirements
Ability to work consistent 12-hour day shifts
