Required Skills:
Valid Minnesota state RN license and CRNA certification
Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
Proficiency in general anesthesia, OB, VBAC/TOLAC, PEDs, ENT, spinal, epidural, and peripheral blocks
Ability to work independently in unsupervised and supervised care models
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
Ability to respond to beeper calls within 30 minutes
Nice to Have Skills:
TEE certification or experience
Cardiology case experience (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience with epidurals and TAP blocks
Flexibility to float between facilities and adapt to different care settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BSN) or higher in Nursing
At least one year of hospital-based anesthesia practice
Experience with OB and pediatric patients strongly preferred
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to respond promptly to beeper call-outs (30-minute response time)
Access to sleep facilities during overnight calls
Valid US work authorization
Commitment to delivering safe and high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59
