Overview
We are seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide high-quality anesthesia services in a well-established ambulatory surgery center. This role offers the flexibility of practicing independently with the opportunity to perform various nerve blocks and catheter placements. The ideal candidates will be committed to delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered care in a supportive environment with minimal complex cases. Required Skills
Active Alaska Medical License or ability to obtain licensure
Proven experience performing nerve blocks such as interscalene, supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, TAP, and adductor canal blocks
Comfortable practicing independently with excellent clinical judgment
Proficiency in placing catheters and managing anesthesia in an outpatient setting
Strong understanding of ambulatory surgery procedures and patient care protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with neuro or orthopedic anesthesia
Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting
Additional certifications in regional anesthesia or advanced pain management
Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing Anesthesia (CRNA program accredited)
Minimum of 2 years' anesthesia practice in outpatient/ambulatory environments
Prior credentialing experience in fast-paced surgical centers
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel or stay on-site, with accommodations provided at the property's leased duplex or travel arrangements
Ability to cover occasional cases requiring overtime, with compensation for extra hours
Self-managed credentialing with Alaska’s primary source verification process; quick onboarding possible
