Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

What We Are Looking For:
Current Board Certification as a CRNA
Valid state license and DEA registration
Minimum of 2 years of professional anesthesia experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred but not mandatory)
Ability to work full-time, 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00) with no part-time considerations
Willingness to rotate among Lexington’s three ambulatory surgery centers (Lexington, Irmo, Northeast Columbia) up to once or twice weekly
Proficiency with Epic EMR system (highly preferred)
Experience with Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines is also advantageous
Additional Skills & Qualities:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to travel within the surgery centers as needed
Ability to support a busy anesthesia department handling approximately 150 cases daily
Strong clinical judgment and attention to safety
Preferred Education & Experience:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or outpatient setting
Other Requirements:
Ability and willingness to obtain licensing if applicable, including compact licenses
Credentialing timeline of approximately 60-90 days
No regional or block anesthesia skills required, focus on general anesthesia care across multiple specialties
