Overview
We are offering an exciting full-time CRNA position with competitive compensation, supporting patient care across hospital and ambulatory surgery centers. This role is perfect for experienced anesthesia professionals committed to delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia services in a fast-paced setting. You will have the opportunity to rotate between multiple surgery centers, contributing to a comprehensive anesthesia program that emphasizes teamwork and clinical excellence.
Required Skills
Board Certification as a CRNA
Valid state license required; willingness to obtain licensure if necessary
DEA registration
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in anesthesia practice
Proficient in Epic EMR system (highly preferred)
Ability to support approximately 150 anesthetics per day across diverse departments
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 - 17:00), every week, with flexibility for occasional travel to multiple surgery centers
Willingness to support anesthesia techniques excluding regional or block skills
Nice to Have Skills
ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
Experience with Draeger anesthesia machines, Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps
Prior experience working in hospital and outpatient surgery settings
Flexibility to travel up to once or twice weekly to different surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia
At least three years of anesthesia practice in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within a large interdisciplinary team in a hospital or surgery center setting
Other Requirements
Willingness to obtain license if not currently licensed in the state
Ongoing compliance with certification renouvelments and hospital credentialing processes (credentialing time approximately 60-90 days)
Commitment to working full-time shifts without part-time options
Support staff: Anesthesia tech support available during procedures
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $210.60
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
