We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a dynamic hospital setting. Required Skills:
  • Active and unrestricted CRNA license
  • Board Certification (BC) required
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience
  • Proficiency in supervising anesthesia for varied procedures
  • Experience with EPIC EMR system
  • Ability to perform spinal blocks and arterial lines (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comfortable managing Level II Trauma cases and diverse surgical procedures
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with orthopedic, spine, neurosurgery, plastics, cardiology, radiology, and interventional radiology cases
  • Familiarity with performing arterial lines
  • Past work in hospital settings with supervision-based anesthesia models
  • Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with CRNA certification
  • At least 6 months of recent anesthesia practice in a hospital environment
  • Prior experience in Level II Trauma centers highly regarded

Other Requirements:
  • Valid DEA and CSR certifications
  • Ability to obtain applicable state licensure within 30-45 days (up to 90-120 days if pending/licensed)
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including 8, 10, and 12-hour days
  • Participation in rotating call schedule: one weekend call shift per month, two weeknight call shifts per month
  • Flexibility to provide full-time coverage (40 hours/week) with some extended shifts
  • Scrubs provided; no travel, relocation, or lodging accommodations necessary

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $218.40, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and additional reimbursements for licensing and travel when applicable.
