What You'll Bring:
Valid CRNA certification and current license (or eligibility for licensing)
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of anesthesia experience, with a preference for those comfortable with supervision-based anesthesia in a hospital environment
Proficiency in supervised anesthesia techniques, including spinal blocks, arterial lines, and familiarity with Level II Trauma cases
Strong knowledge of a broad range of surgical procedures including GYN, general, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy pediatrics, eye, GI, structural heart, EP, endoscopy, and interventional radiology
Ability to perform supervised anesthesia in a fast-paced, multi-specialty hospital setting with EMR proficiency in EPIC
Effective communication skills and adaptability to variable shift hours and call responsibilities
Preferred Qualities:
Experience performing regional anesthesia procedures such as spinal blocks
Comfort working with adult and geriatric populations, with some pediatric exposure
Ability to manage Level II trauma cases confidently
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Board Certification (BC) in Nurse Anesthesia required
Active DEA and CSR credentials
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
Additional Details:
Shift Length: 10 hours, with varied shifts including days, evenings, and nights scheduled one or two weeks in advance
Shift Time: 07:00 - 17:00, with shifts varying week to week between 8, 10, and 12-hour schedules
Work Schedule: Continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week, with additional shift coverage including a 24-hour plus 16-hour shift per week
Call Requirements: One weekend call shift and two weeknight call shifts per month
Start Date: June 4, 2026
Contract Length: Preference for 6 months to 1 year
Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40/hour
Shift Length: 10 hours per shift, with a 4x10-hour shift schedule (07:00 - 17:00)
