What You Need to Succeed
Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
Proficiency with PACEMAKERS and ability to float to EP Lab as needed
ARRT or RCIS certification
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Ability to work in high-pressure environments with precision and attention to detail
Additional Skills That Boost Your Candidacy
2 or more years of Cath/IR and EP lab experience
Willingness to take RNs with Cath/IR scrub experience
Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and emergent patient care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Education and Experience
Certification as ARRT or RCIS
At least 2 years' experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology settings
Prior experience with pacemakers and EP procedures
Other Requirements
Valid licensure and certifications (ARRT or RCIS, ACLS, BLS)
Ability to float to the EP Lab and work weekends/on-call shifts as scheduled
Willingness to work a 10-hour shift, primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours or flexibility as needed
This position may require you to stay late to finish cases and respond to on-call needs, including weekends every 3rd or 4th week
