Join Our Dynamic Cardiology and Radiology Cath Lab Team as a Cath Lab Tech
Are you a skilled Radiology or Cardiology professional passionate about advanced cardiac procedures? What You Bring:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cath lab setting
Proven expertise in scrub, monitor, PA lines, and telemetry
Experience with structural heart and TAVR procedures (a must)
Proficiency in balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and heart catheterization
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT (must have at least one)
Ability to circulate, start IVs, and perform conscious sedation
EKG rhythm interpretation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with Watchman procedures, septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
Knowledge of EPIC and MAC Lab systems
Additional certifications or experience in complex procedures
Preferred Education & Experience:
Healthcare-related degree or certification in radiologic technology, cardiology, or a related field
2+ years of cath lab experience with complex cardiac procedures
Other Requirements:
Structural heart scrub experience is a strict requirement; candidates without this will not be considered
Availability for 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with callback and weekend call obligations
Willingness to float occasionally within related units (rarely required)
Ability to start on short notice, with a flexible schedule for orientation and training
Successful completion of all required trainings and orientations; punctuality is essential to avoid delays
