What You’ll Do
Provide specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
Monitor patients during procedures, including conscious sedation and post-procedure recovery.
Record and assist with various cardiology procedures, ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Respond effectively to emergency situations as part of the assigned team.
Support floating between IR and Cardiac Cath Lab units as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and patient care standards.
What You Need
Valid RN license for Louisiana or ability to obtain.
BLS & ACLS certifications.
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
Ability to perform conscious sedation and monitor procedures.
Flexibility to support on-call duties, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, documentation, and emergency response.
