What You’ll Do
Support pediatric CVOR surgical services with sterile processing and room readiness
Perform scrubbing and assist during procedures according to aseptic technique
Ensure proper sterilization, high-level disinfection (HLD), and reprocessing workflows
Handle decontamination processes and coordinate crash cart readiness as needed
Support safe perioperative practices for labor and delivery surgical cases (e.g., C-sections, D&C, D&E, tubal ligation, cerclage)
Comfort with higher-acuity perioperative workflows
