CVOR Tech Surgical Services — Indianapolis, IN (3x12 Days)

What You’ll Do
  • Receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare for cannulation
  • Support surgical cases including cardiac and vascular procedures (as listed by the facility)
  • Assist with setup and readiness for OR workflow in a high-volume surgical services environment
  • Maintain aseptic technique and assist the team with equipment handling during cases
  • Help ensure correct instrumentation/parts are available for assigned procedures
  • Collaborate with surgical staff to support efficient turnover and case start readiness
What You Need
Required
  • NBSTSA certification
  • BCLS
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Level 1 Trauma Center experience
  • Familiarity with surgical cases including (examples listed for the assignment):
    • Vascular (e.g., AAA repair, EVAR/TEVAR, carotid endarterectomy, fem-pop bypass)
    • Thoracic/Cardiac (e.g., CABG, valve replacement, TAVR, TEVAR/complex thoracic cases)

Preferred
  • Experience with additional higher-acuity specialties noted by the assignment (e.g., transplant/advanced valve/aortic dissection experience), where applicable

Call Requirement (per assignment details):
  • 90–120 hours of call in a 6-week schedule

Join a surgical services team at a leading facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, supporting complex vascular and thoracic/cardiac surgery. The shift is day 3x12 (06:30–19:00), and first-time travelers may be considered with Level 1 Trauma experience.
