Shift: 3x12’s, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Fri-Sun)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Licensure/Certs: BCLS, NBSTSA required
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Level 1 Trauma Center, vascular, thoracic surgery, cardiac, or transplant cases

Pay package: $54.12/hour

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and maintain surgical equipment, including pump lines for perfusion and cannulation
Assist during complex procedures such as aortic repairs, valve replacements, and transplant surgeries
Support cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and robotic-assisted surgeries
Ensure smooth intraoperative workflow in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols throughout surgical procedures
What You Need:
Required:
Valid NBSTSA certification
BCLS certification
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Level 1 Trauma, cardiac, or vascular surgeries
Ability to work 12-hour shifts with call requirements (90-120 hours in 6 weeks)
Preferred:
Experience in robotic-assisted cardiac and thoracic surgeries
Prior work in high-volume trauma centers
